The Village at Camelback units
are located on the side of Camelback Mountain. Some are located
within walking distance to the slopes. Some offer views of the
slopes.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy.
Deposits: All of the vacation homes that we rent are privately
owned, therefore payment in full is due 30 days prior to your
arrival. A $200 deposit is required for reservations made one
month or more prior to your arrival date. Reservations made within
30 days of your arrival require payment in full. Cancellations:
15% of the total rent will be charged on all cancellations or
transfers made after seven days from the date of the reservation.
For cancellations or transfers made fourteen days before the
date of arrival, there will be no refund if the unit is not rented
for the same amount of money. There will be no refund due to
"Acts of God".
